Back in Aviemore now, I want to thank you very much for another memorable holiday. Delighted to get two American waders and the Yellow-browed Warbler. Not to mention a host of other great birds, including the Golden Eagle chasing the Short-eared Owl. Good food, very nice company and dry weather all made for a terrific time, that passed all too soon.

Dear Steve.
Having just returned from the" Barra to the Butt" Wildlife tour I just wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed the whole trip.
I had been looking forward to it for a long time enticed by the website, and I was not disappointed, in fact it exceeded my expectations.
We saw so much wildlife and the islands looked glorious from every viewpoint . The mountains, the sea and the machair.---just magical. On top of all that natural beauty there were some truly great sightings. The highlight must be the 23 Golden Eagles including a pair close up, posing for us for half an hour or so.
We were very well looked after --pleasant and comfortable B&Bs lots of good food and you were great company too . On top of being extremely knowledgeable about the birds and flowers in particular, you were patient and good humoured. The whole thing was such good fun ,while we also learned so much.
We were in constant awe of your skills --- we do believe you could spot a gnat at 100 yards---which enabled us to see infinitely more than we otherwise could have.
I cannot recommend this holiday enough. I have been on several similar excellent wildlife holidays and this was the best.

Many thanks for a memorable holiday made even better by your many acts of thoughtful help and meeting our requests. Your efforts for Caroline's diet requirements were exemplary and much appreciated. Your kind efforts to locate my missing bag were also much appreciated.
The wildlife was sensational; I particularly wanted to see the raptors and could not have imagined that we would see 23 golden eagles as well as the merlins, short-eared Owls and hen harriers; wonderful. Your spotting and identification skills were awesome and most helpful. Your photos of the eagles were fantastic and really showed how magnificent they are. Thanks again.
