30th November:
North Uist: 7 Whooper Swans flew south-east over the Lochmaddy road, north of Clachan this morning.
South Uist: 17 Snow Buntings were seen at Ardvule; also 95 Long-tailed Ducks, 10 Great Northern Divers and 17 Red-throated Divers in the north bay there. The Waxwing was still in Askernish today.
Barra: The Ring-necked Duck was at Loch Tangasdale along with 15 Whooper Swans. 2 Velvet Scoters were off Caolas, Vatersay and 14 Whooper Swans flew high south there.

29th November:
North Uist: 49 Common Scoters were off the west side of Berneray. A pale-bellied Brent Goose was amongst the Barnacle Geese and at least 6 Snow Buntings were present. The Snow Goose was seen at Knockintorran this morning. 2 Cackling Geese were also seen amongst the Barnacle Geese at Knockintorran. 30 Snow Buntings were seen near Loch Paible.
South Uist: The Waxwing was still in Askernish. 79 Long-tailed Ducks were seen off Ardvule.
Barra: A Waxwing flew west over Castlebay this afternoon.

28th November:
Lewis: A 2nd cal yr Glaucous Gull was seen at Tiumpan Head; also a Snow Bunting was here.
North Uist: The Snow Goose was seen at Knockintorran today. 70 Snow Buntings and an Iceland Gull were seen at Balranald.
Benbecula: 2 Pink-footed Geese and a Greenland Whiet-fronted Goose were seen at Torlum.
South Uist: A Waxwing was in Askernish. An American Wigeon was reported from Loch Bee and a Little Egret was seen at the north end this morning. 5 Pink-footed Geese flew north at Ardvule.

27th November:
North Uist: A Todd's Canada Goose and 2 Cackling Geese were amonst Barnacle Geese at Balranald early this afternoon. The Snow Goose was at Knockintorran.
South Uist: A Waxwing was seen in Askernish.

26th November:
Lewis: 2 Glaucous Gulls (a juvenile and 2nd winter) were reported from Tiumpan Head this morning.
North Uist: A Todd's Canada Goose and the Snow Goose were seen at Paiblesgarry / Knockintorran this morning; also 2 Black-tailed Godwits here. 17 pale-bellied Brent Geese were at Rubh' Arnal. 60 - 70 Snow Buntings were at Balranald.
Barra: A Grey Wagtail at Brevig, a Long-tailed Tit was still at Castlebay along with at least 1 Fieldfare. There were 2 Snow Buntings on the beach at Eoligarry and nearby 54 Pale-bellied Brent Geese were at Traigh Mhor.
Insects: A Scarce Umber was caught in South Glendale last night along with a Diamondback Moth.
25th November:
Lewis: 3 Velvet Scoters were amongst 30 Common Scoters off the north side of the Braigh in Broad Bay along with 18 Red-throated Divers, 130 Great Northern Divers and 800 Eiders. 19 Black-throated Divers were off the south side of the Braigh. A Water Rail was seen in Garrabost today.
North Uist: 20 Fieldfare were at Langass Wood this morning. 6 pale-bellied Brent Geese flew south-east at Baleshare.
South Uist: A Little Egret was at the north end of Loch Bee.
24th November:
North Uist: A juvenile White-fronted Goose and a pale-bellied Brent Goose are amongst Barnacle Geese on Berneray this morning. 7 Two-barred Crossbills are still at Langass Wood.
Barra: The Ring-necked Duck is still on Loch Tangasdale.

23rd November:
North Uist: The 2 Cackling Geese and a Snow Goose were at Knockintorran.; 10 Snow Buntings and a Lapland Bunting also flew over. 2 Snow Buntings and a Tree Sparrow were seen at Rubh' Arnal.
Insects: At North Loch Eynort a single Grey Pine Carpet an Autumn Green Carpet and 10 Blastobasis lacticolella were trapped last night. In South Glendale an Angle Shades and an Acleris hyemana were caught
22nd November:
North Uist: A Canada Goose was amongst the Barnacle Geese at Sgiobanais, Grenitote this afternoon. 11 Snow Buntings were at Malaclate.
South Uist: A Waxwing, Chiffchaff and Fieldfare were at Loch Eynort.

21st November:
North Uist: The 2 Cackling Geese and the Snow Goose were on the machair Knockintorran whilst a Firecrest and Chiffchaff were in a garden nearby. A juvenile Iceland Gull and a juvenile Glaucous Gull were at Rubh' Arnal.
South Uist: The drake Green-winged Teal was at the north end of Loch Bee.
Barra: 2 Tree Sparrows and a Jack Snipe were at Brevig. The Ring-necked Duck is still on Loch Tangasdale.
19th November:
South Uist: 3 Siberian Chiffchaffs were in a garden at Eochar. A Black-tailed Godwit was amongst the Bar-tailed Godwits in North Bay.

16th November:
North Uist: 2 Cackling Geese and a Snow Goose were at Knockintorran again today.
Benbecula: 2 Pink-footed Geese were on Coot Loch.
South Uist: A juvenile Glaucous Gull was seen at Ardvule. A drake Green-winged Teal was reported from West Gerninish.
Barra: A Waxwing was ar Creachan before flying east. A Long-tailed Tit was in Castlebay. The Ring-necked Duck was at Loch Tangasdale. 47 Black-throated Divers and 2 Velvet Scoters were off Vatersay.
15th November:
North Uist: A Lapland Bunting and at least 30 Snow Buntings were on the machair at Balranald along with a Brambling in a large mixed flock of finches and Skylarks. A drake Pintail was also there at Loch a' Roe. 2 Cackling Geese and a Snow Goose were at Knockintorran. 3 Snow Buntings were seen at Scotvein, Grimsay this morning.
South Uist: 2 Black-tailed Godwits were at Ardvule. A Waxwing was in South Glendale.

14th November:
North Uist: A Cackling Goose was reported from Loch Paible today.
South Uist: 14 Black-tailed Godwits were at Ardvule. 2 Siskins and a Common Redpoll were in South Glendale. The drake Green-winged Teal was seen at the north end of Loch Bee again this morning.
Barra: 2 Siberian Chiffchaffs were seen on the island today. 10 Fieldfares and a Chiffchaff were at Glen. The Ring-necked Duck and 34 Whooper Swans were at Loch Tangasdale. 2 Velvet Scoters were off Caolas, Vatersay.
13th November:
North Uist: 2 Black-tailed Godwits and a Chiffchaff were by Loch Sandary.
South Uist: 7 Common Scoters flew north at Ardvule; also a Pink-footed Goose and 21 Black-tailed Godwits present. A female Blackcap and 2 Siskins were in South Glendale. A Little Egret was at the north end of Loch Bee this morning.
Barra: A Siberian Chiffchaff, a Chiffchaff and a Long-tailed Tit were at Glen. A Tree Sparrow was at Brevig. 2 Velvet Scoters were off Caolas, Vatersay.
12th November:
Lewis: 5 Waxwings were seen on Stewart Drive, Stornoway today.
North Uist: 2 Two-barred Crossbills were seen at Langass Wood along with a Waxwing and a Brambling. 30 Snow Buntings were seen on the beach at Balranald.
South Uist: A drake Green-winged Teal was seen at the north end of Loch Bee. A 1st cal yr Glaucous Gull flew north at Ardvule; also 11 Black-tailed Godwits there. A Waxwing was seen in Askernish. A Waxwing and female Blackcap were in South Glendale.
Barra: The Ring-necked Duck was on Loch Tangasdale. A Siberian Chiffchaff was at Northbay. 2 Waxwings, a Blackcap and 2 Woodcocks were at Creachan. 2 Velvet Scoters were off Caolas, Vatersay.
11th November:
South Uist: 4 Waxwings and a female Blackcap were in South Glendale today. A Great Skua flew south at Ardvule this morning and a Black-tailed Godwit was present. 3 Pintails were on Loch Bornish.

North Uist: 14 Snow Buntings were at Balranald. A Glaucous Gull was seen at Loch Sandary.
South Uist: 4 Wawxings and a female Blackcap are in South Glendale. A juvenile White-rumped Sandpiper was at Ardivachar.
Barra: The Ring-necked Duck is on Loch Tangasdale. A Lapland Bunting and 2 Velvet Scoters were at Vatersay. 2 Tree Sparrows were at Brevig. 3 Blackcaps were at Northbay. A Brambling was at Castlebay.
9th November:
Harris: 3 Snow Buntings were at Miavaig.
North Uist: 80+ Snow Buntings were at Aird an Runair today.
South Uist: 4 Waxwings, 2 female Blackaps and a Siskin were at Ardvule. A juvenile White-rumped Sandpiper was at Ardivachar.
Barra: 2 Velvet Svoters were off Caolos, Vatersay today. A juvenile Glaucous Gull flew past Scurrival. 2 Tree Sparrows were at Brevig. A 2nd cal yr Iceland Gull was at Traigh Mhor.
8th November:
Lewis: 8 Waxwings were in Stewart Drive, Stornoway.
North Uist: 150 Snow Buntings were at Aird an Runair and a Swallow was over the beach.
South Uist: A juvenile White-rumped Sandpiper was at Ardvule. 2 female Blackcaps and 4 Waxwings were in South Glendale. A juvenile White-rumped Sandpiper was at Ardivachar. 6 Scaup were on Loch Bee. A Black-tailed Godwit was at LA2. A Brambling and Common Redpoll were at Bornish. 7 Common Redpolls and 3 Siskins were at Snishival. A male Blackcap, 9 Fieldfares and 5 Pink-footed Geese were at Askenrish.

6th November:
Harris: A Snow Bunting was seen at Aird Asaig near Tarbet.
North Uist: 3 Waxwings were seen at Langass Woods along with 25 Siskins.
South Uist: 2 Snow Buntings were on Eriskay by the causeway.
Barra: 36 Black-throated Divers were seen in the Sound of Barra. A Waxwing was briefly at Morghan this afternoon. The Ring-necked Duck was at Tangasdale. The 2nd cal yr Iceland Gull flew east over Tangasdale. A Siberian Chiffchaff was at Ardmhor.
5th November:
Harris: A Brambling was at Huisinis.
North Uist: A Snow Bunting flew over Carinish this morning. The juvenile American Golden Plover was seen at Balemartin today. 8 Crossbills were seen at Ben Risary plantation.
South Uist: 3 White-rumped Sandpipers were at Ardivachar. A Brambling was in Bornish. 2 Blackcaps were in South Glendale.
Barra: The Brown Shrike was still at Morghan today. Single Waxwings were at Creachan and Nasg. A Siberian Chiffchaff was at Garrygall. The Ring-necked Duck was at Tangasdale and 6 Snow Buntings flew over Morghan.
4th November:
Harris: 2 Snow Buntings were seen at Miavaig.
North Uist: A juvenile American Golden Plover was seen at Hosta around midday. A female Blackcap was at Sollas.
South Uist: 28 Black-tailed Godwits were at Ardvule. 3 Blackcaps (a male and 2 female) were in South Glendale.
Barra: A Brown Shrike was seen at Morghan today; also a Waxwing and Siskin present briefly.
Insects: A Brindle Ochre was caught in South Glendale last night.

3rd November:
North UIst: 6 Feildfares flew south at Langass Lodge this morning. 15 Black-tailed Godwits and a Coot were at Loch Sandary. 4 Long-tailed Tits are still in Carinish. 3 Two-barred Crossbills were reported from Langass Wood today; also 40 Siskins, 2 Bramblings and 20 Fieldfare mid-morning.
South Uist: 2 juvenile White-rumped Sandpipers were at Ardivchar today. 2 Blackcaps were in South Glendale. 34 Black-tailed Godwits were at Ardvule this morning. A Siberian Chiffchaff and 15 Sikins were at Snishival. 5 Siskins and a Brambling were at Bornish.
Barra: A shirke species was seen at Eoligarry this morning; also a Siberian Chiffchaff was present. A Yellow-browed Warbler was in Castlebay and 2 Waxwings flew east there this morning. Several Bramblingsm 2 Blackcaps and 25 Feildfare were at Creachan. A Swallow was at Brevig at dusk. The Ring-necked Duck was at Tangasdale. An Iceland Gull was at Craigston. The Great Tit was at Northbay along with a Blackcap and 4 Siskins.

2nd November:
Barra: The Ring-necked Duck was still on Loch Tangasdale. 64 Fieldfares and a Brambling were at Brevig, while 5 Siskins, another Brambling and 2 Blackcaps were at Creachan. 59 Black-throated Divers were off the east side of Vatersay this afternoon. Also a late Whimbrel, a Woodcock and a Fieldfare on the headland there and 4 Pink-footed Geese on the roadside at Caolas.
South Uist: The Lesser Yellowlegs and 3 White-rumped Sandpipers were are at Ardivachar today. A juvenile Iceland Gull was at LA2. 3 Bramblings, a Chiffchaff and a Woodcock were at Bornish.
1st November:
Lewis: 3 Siberian Chiffchaffs were at South Dell. 10 Snow Buntings were at the Butt this morning.
North Uist: 4 Long-tailed Tits and a Woodcock were in Carinish this morning.
Marine Sightings: 4 common Dolphins were seen in the Minch between Stornoway and Ullapool today.
