28th February:
Lewis: The drake Ring-necked Duck is still on Loch Tiumpan.
South Uist: A juvenile Iceland Gull was on the flooded machair at Daliburgh.
27th February:
Lewis: The drake Ring-necked Duck was on Loch Tiumpan. 3 Icelabd Gulls (an adult and 2 juveniles) were in Stonorway harbour. 2 Glaucous Gulls (an adult and juvenile were at Loch Branahuie.
South Uist: 3 Lesser Scaup are still on West Loch Ollay; also a Little Egret and 12 Barnacle Geese there.
Barra: The juvenile Kumlien's Gull was at Borve.
26th February:
Lewis: A juvenile Iceland Gull flew past Shulishader this morning.
South Uist: 3 Common Redpolls and 2 Bramblings were at Carnan. A Little Egret was at the north end of Loch Bee.
25th February:
South Uist: A juvenile Glaucous Gull was at Kilpheder and a juvenile Iceland Gull flew south at Askernish.
24th February:
North Uist: An adult and a 2nd winter Iceland Gull were at Balemartin.
South Uist: A Brambling and a Common Redpoll were at Carnan and a Little Egret flew south there. A Little Egret was at the north end of Loch Bee.
23rd February:
North Uist: A pair of Cackling Geese were seen at Claddach Kikibost. A juvenile Iceland Gull was at Rubh' Arnal.
Benbecula: A juvenile Iceland Gull was at Borve. The drake Ring-necked Duck was on Coot Loch.
South Uist: A Little Egret was seen at the north end of Loch Bee late this afternoon. A Little Egret was at Loch an Daill.
22nd February:
North Uist: A Cackling Goose was seen at Balemore. The drake Green-winged Teal was on Loch Grogarry. An immature Iceland Gull was at Aird an Runair. The Snow Goose was at Sollas.
Benbecula: The drake Ring-necled Duck was on Coot Loch.
21st February:
Lewis: The drake Ring-necked Duck is still on Loch Tiumpan.
Benbecula: The drake Ring-necked Duck was on Coot Loch.
South Uist: A Little Egret was at the north end of Loch Bee. Another Little Egret was at Loch Grogarry. 3 Lesser Scaup (2 adults and a 1st winter female) are on West Loch Ollay.
Barra: 2 Siberian Chiffchaffs were at Brevig this afternoon.
20th February:
Lewis: 2 adult Iceland Gulls and a juvenile Glaucous Gull were at Loch Branrhuie this morning. A juvenile Iceland Gull was in Stornoway harbour. The drake Ring-necked Duck was on Loch Tiumpan.
South Uist: 2 Common Redpolls and a Brambling were at Carnan.
19th February:
North Uist: 2 Cackling Geese were at Balranald not far from the visitor centre; also 30 Snow Buntings there. The drake Green-winged Teal was on Loch nam Feithean. The Snow Goose was at Middlequarter.
Benbecula: The female Lesser Scaup is still on Coot Loch
South Uist: 3 Lesser Scaup (2 adults and a 1st winter female) are on West Loch Ollay. A 3rd winter Iceland Gull was also at West Loch Ollay.
Barra: The Kumlien's Gull was at Borve. 13 Snow Buntings were at Eoligarry.
Marine Sightings: 2 or 3 Common Dolphins were off Lochmaddy (from the Lochmaddy - Uig ferry late afternoon).
18th February:
Lewis: The Todd's Canada Goose was at Fivepenny again today.
North Uist: The pair of Cackling Geese were at Aird an Runair, Balranald. 11 Pintail were on Loch nam Feithean.

17th February:
Lewis: The Ring-necked Duck was on Loch Tiumpan. A 3rd winter Iceland Gull was in Stornoway harbour.
South Uist: A Little Egret was around the north end of Loch Bee.
Barra: The Kumlien's Gull was at Borve. A Green-winged Teal was at Ardmhor. An Iceland Gull briefly visited Traigh Mhor.
16th February:
North Uist: 2 Cackling Geese were at Balranald. Another Cackling Goose was near Balranald House and the drake Green-winged Teal was on Loch nam Feithean this morning.
South Uist: A Little Egret was at the north end of Loch Bee. 2 Bramblings and 2 Common Redpolls are still visiting at garden at Carnan.
Marine Sightings: 2 bill Orcas were seen off Rodel, Harris this morning.
15th February:
Lewis: A Todd's Canada Goose was at Fivepenny.
14th February:
Lewis: An Iceland Gull was in Stornoway harbour.
Harris: The adult Glaucous Gull is still at Bunovenaeder.
North Uist: The Snow Goose is still at Sollas. A Fieldfare was in Carinish.
Benbecula: The drake Ring-necked Duck was on Coot Loch.
South Uist: 2 Little Egrets (including the Welsh bird) were at Clachan, north Loch Bee this morning.
13th February
Lewis: An adult Iceland Gull was at Loch Stiapabhat and a juvenile Glaucous Gull reported from there in the afternoon. Another adult Iceland Gull was between Port of Ness and Skigersta. The drake Ring-necked Duck is still on Loch Tiumpan.
North Uist: 2 Iceland Gulls (an adult and 2nd winter) and 2 Kumlien's Gulls (a 3rd winter and juvenile) were at Rubh' Arnal; also 66 Brent Geese on the coast there. A Cackling Goose was on Balemore machair and a Lapland Bunting was in the area.
Benbecula: The female Lesser Scaup is still on Coot Loch along with the drake Ring-necked Duck and Pintail.
South Uist: The colour-ringed Little Egret is at the north end of Loch Bee. Female Lesser Scaup is on Loch Bee; also 49 Black-tailed Godwits there. 2 female Lesser Scaup were on the northern (reedy) are of West Loch Ollay; also a Coot there. A Little Egret was on pools on Ormiclate machair. 30 Snow Buntings were at Peninerine.
Barra: The juvenile Kumlien's Gull was at Borve. The drake Goosander was at Craigston.
Marine Sightings: 3 Risso's Dolphins, 5+ Common Dolphins and 4 Harbour Porpoise were off Tiumpan Head this afternoon.

11th February:
Harris: A Snow Bunting was seen on Uisgnaebhal this morning.
Benbecula: The female Lesser Scaup is still on Coot Loch.
South Uist: 2 Little Egrets were at the north end of Loch Bee (including the Welsh,colour-ringed individual).
Barra: The 1st winter drake Surf Scoter was off Allasdale. 2 Green-winged Teal were at Ardmhor and the juvenile Kumlien's Gull was at Craigston.
10th February:
North Uist: The regular pair of Cackling Geese were at Balranald. A drake Green-winged Teal was on Loch nam Feithean. 3 Iceland Gulls (an adult, juvenile and 2nd winter) and a 2nd winter Glaucous Gull were at Rubh' Arnal. 52 Brent Geese were on the North Ford off Carinish.
South Uist: A Common Redpoll and 2 Bramblings were feeding in a garden at Carnan. A Little Egret was at the north end of Loch Bee.

9th February:
Lewis: 2 Iceland Gulls (a juvenile and 3rd winter) were in Stornoway harbour again today.
North Uist: 40 Brent Geese flew south-east at Carinish this morning.
South Uist: A Little Egret is at the north end of Loch Bee.
8th February:
Lewis: 2 juvenile Iceland Gulls were in Stornoway harbour. An adult Iceland Gul was at Loch Branahuie. The drake Ring-necked Duck is at Loch Tiumpan.
7th February:
Lewis: 2 Iceland Gulls (a juvenile and 3rd winter) were in Stornoway harbour by the coastguard station.
Harris: The adult Glaucous Gull was at Bunavoaeder again this morning and another was at Seilebost.
South Uist: A Little Egret was at the north end of Loch Bee around midday.
Barra: The Surf Scoter was off Allasdale 2 Green-winged Teals were at Ardmhor.
6th February:
Lewis: 2 Common Redpolls were in a garden at Manor Park, Stornoway today.
South Uist: A Little Egret was at Clachan, at the north end of Loch Bee.
Barra: The juvenile Kumlien's Gull is still at Borve.

5th February:
Lewis: A juvenile Iceland Gull is still in Stornoway harbour.
Benbecula: The female Lesser Scaup is still on Coot Loch.
South Uist: A female Lesser Scaup and drake Ring-necked Duck were in the south-west corner of Loch Bee. A 2nd winter Glaucous Gull was at the Pollachar.
4th February:
Lewis: A juvenile Iceland Gull was in Stornoway harbour. The drake Ring-necked Duck is on Loch Tiumpan.
North Uist: A juvenile Glaucous Gull was seen along the shore in Carinish.
Benbecula: The female Lesser Scaup and 2 drake Pintail and the drake Ring-necked Duck were on Coot Loch.
3rd February:
Lewis: A juvenile Iceland Gull was in Stornoway harbour this afternoon. A juvenile Iceland Gull was at Loch Branahuie early morning.
Harris: An adult Glaucous Gull was on the road between Buna and Meavaig this morning.
South Uist: A Little Egret was in the north-east corner of Loch Bee late this afternoon.
Barra: The juvenile Kumlien's Gull was at Borve along with the adult Glaucous Gull.
2nd February:
Lewis: An adult Iceland Gull flew south past Tiumpan Head in the morning. 2 juvenile Iceland Gulls were in Stornoway harbour.
North Uist: 2 Cackling Goose (1 by Loch Grogarry and the other on the machair) were at Balranald; also around 50 Snow Buntings were on the beach there. At least 9 Pintail were at Loch nam Feithean.
Benbecula: The drake Ring-necked Duck and Pintail were on Coot Loch.
South Uist: The female Lesser Scaup was on Loch an Daill, Ardmore. 2 Bramblings were at Carnan.

Lewis: A juvenile Iceland Gull was in Stornoway harbour.
Benbecula: A female Lesser Scaup, a drake Ring-necked Duck and 2 drake Pintail were on Coot Loch today.
Barra: The juvenile Kumlien's Gull and adult Glaucous Gull were at Allasdale / Borve. A juvenile Kumlien's Gull was on Vatersay.
